Both diurnal and mainly arboreal, these beautiful lemurs are
found in the north-east and eastern rain forests of Madagascar.
They live in small mixed sex groups and eat leaves, flowers and
fruits.
Females give birth to one baby, which after initially clinging
to her belly swops to riding on her back as it gets older.
